We invite you to join a webinar to learn more about teen warnings signs for suicide and serious mental illness. The presentation will be given by NAMI (National Alliance of Mental Illness.) Our students are under more stress than ever before. We want you to know there are resources available for them. This 60-minute presentation for parents and other primary caregivers of students helps raise awareness around mental health conditions. The presentation includes:

  • Warning signs
  • Facts and statistics of mental health conditions
  • Suicide awareness and prevention
  • How to approach your student
The goal of NAMI Ending the Silence for Families is to educate families about the early warning signs of mental illness and how early recognition and prevention is key to positive outcomes.
Parents and students may log 2 service hours for attending.
