School Board OKs Greer Charter School

Greer Middle College Charter High School will open on the Greenville Tech campus.

The Greenville County School Board on Tuesday approved the charter for Greer Middle College Charter High School, which plans to open on the Greer campus of Greenville Technical College in the fall of 2008. The school will be similar to Greenville Technical Charter High School, and Brashier Middle College Charter High School, which started last fall. (Read more)

Greer Middle College's principal, its Planning Board, a good sampling of parents and a sprinkling of students who have been accepted at Greenville County's newest high school converged at Greenville Tech's Greer Campus on Tuesday night.
